GENERAL INFORMATION<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">In compliance with current regulations, particularly Law 34\/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI-CE) and Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 approving the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), these Terms and Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between HEAVY ARTIFACTS (hereinafter, the Seller) and the User who makes a purchase through the website <a class=\"underline underline underline-offset-2 decoration-1 decoration-current\/40 hover:decoration-current focus:decoration-current\" href=\"http:\/\/www.heavyartifacts.es\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.heavyartifacts.es<\/a> (hereinafter, the Buyer).<\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>2. CAPACITY TO CONTRACT<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">To make a purchase, the Buyer must be of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity. By completing the purchase process, the Buyer declares to meet these requirements. <\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>3. PURCHASE PROCESS<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The acquisition of products through the Website is carried out through the following process:<\/p>&#13;\n<ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">&#13;\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Selecci\u00f3n del producto y env\u00edo de solicitud de comisi\u00f3n.<\/li>&#13;\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Confirmaci\u00f3n por parte de HEAVY ARTIFACTS y emisi\u00f3n de presupuesto o cargo.<\/li>&#13;\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Pago mediante los m\u00e9todos habilitados.<\/li>&#13;\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Confirmaci\u00f3n de pedido por correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The sales contract is perfected when the Buyer receives order confirmation from HEAVY ARTIFACTS.<\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>4. PRICES<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">All prices indicated on the Website include applicable VAT. The products sold by HEAVY ARTIFACTS are unique, numbered handcrafted pieces, subject to the reduced VAT rate of 10% in accordance with current Spanish tax regulations. HEAVY ARTIFACTS reserves the right to modify prices at any time, although changes will not affect already confirmed orders.  <\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>5. PAYMENT METHODS<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Payments are made via a secure payment gateway (Stripe). HEAVY ARTIFACTS does not store the Buyer&#8217;s bank details. <\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>6. INVOICING<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The Buyer will receive an invoice or proof of purchase by email after order confirmation.<\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>7. DATA PROTECTION<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Personal data provided during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Website&#8217;s Privacy Policy.<\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals corresponding to the Buyer&#8217;s domicile, in accordance with consumer and user regulations. <\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>9. PRODUCT NATURE AND ARTISANAL VARIABILITY<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">All products offered on the Website are unique pieces made entirely by hand through artisanal processes. The Buyer expressly acknowledges and accepts that each piece is unique and will show variations from the images or descriptions published on the Website, derived from the manufacturing process itself. Such variations \u2014 in texture, tone, geometry, or finish \u2014 do not constitute a defect or grounds for complaint, but are an inherent and deliberate part of the artisanal character of the work.  <\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>10. CUSTOM PRODUCTION AND PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">All orders are produced on demand after payment confirmation. Payment is in full and prior to the start of production. The estimated production time is indicated on each product&#8217;s page. Once production has started, it is not possible to modify or cancel the order.   <\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>11. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">In accordance with article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1\/2007 (TRLGDCU), the right of withdrawal is not applicable to goods manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized. As these are custom-made pieces, the Buyer expressly waives the exercise of this right from the moment the order is confirmed. <\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>12. RETURNS AND CLAIMS<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Returns are not accepted except in the following cases:<\/p>&#13;\n<ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">&#13;\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">La pieza llega da\u00f1ada como consecuencia del transporte.<\/li>&#13;\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">La pieza no se corresponde con la referencia de producto adquirida.<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">In both cases, the Buyer must notify <a class=\"underline underline underline-offset-2 decoration-1 decoration-current\/40 hover:decoration-current focus:decoration-current\" href=\"mailto:contact@heavyartifacts.com\">contact@heavyartifacts.com<\/a> within a maximum of 48 hours of receipt, providing photographic documentation of the condition of the piece and packaging. No claims will be accepted after this period. <\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">HEAVY ARTIFACTS will resolve each case by replacing the piece or fully refunding the amount paid, at its discretion.<\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>13. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">HEAVY ARTIFACTS ships to mainland Spain and Europe. Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the purchase process based on the destination zone. <\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are not available through the Website. If you wish to place an order for these destinations, please contact <a class=\"underline underline underline-offset-2 decoration-1 decoration-current\/40 hover:decoration-current focus:decoration-current\" href=\"mailto:contact@heavyartifacts.com\">contact@heavyartifacts.com<\/a> beforehand to arrange specific shipping conditions. <\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The delivery time consists of two phases: the production time, indicated on each product&#8217;s page, and the carrier&#8217;s transit time, which is added once the piece is ready for shipment. HEAVY ARTIFACTS is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or force majeure. <\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>14. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/strong><\/p>&#13;\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524\/2013, the Buyer is informed of the existence of the European online dispute resolution platform, accessible at ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr.
